External glazing gasket
External glazing gaskets play a key role in ensuring the reliable operation of windows, doors and façade elements. They provide reliable protection against driving rain, draughts, dirt and temperature fluctuations, thereby making a decisive contribution to the energy efficiency and durability of the structure. Thanks to their precise profile geometry, they ensure uniform contact pressure and a permanently tight seal between the glass and the frame.
Materials: PVC, silicone and TPE
- PVC – robust, low-maintenance and economical, ideal for standard outdoor applications.
- Silicone – permanently elastic, UV- and weather-resistant, and resistant to extreme temperatures; ideal for particularly demanding applications.
- TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) – flexible, durable and with high resilience; the ideal solution for systems subject to frequent stress.
Colours and custom colours
Our glazing seals are available as standard in transparent and black. In addition, the special colours light grey, anthracite grey, beige, brown, basalt grey and white are available. For production quantities of 200 metres or more, almost all custom RAL colours can be produced – ensuring a perfect visual match with frame or façade structures.
Variants and models
Different versions are available depending on the profile series:
- talcum-coated – for easier installation and reduced friction.
- self-lubricating – for improved closing comfort and reduced wear.
- Models for Wolff double-webbed sheets – specially developed for sealing webbed sheets, with an optimal fit and secure hold.
