External window sill seal
External window sill seals are a crucial component for the functionality and durability of windows. They form the transition between the window frame and the window sill and reliably prevent moisture, driving rain or condensation from penetrating the structure. At the same time, they contribute to energy efficiency by reducing heat loss and preventing thermal bridges. A correctly fitted window sill seal protects not only the windows but also the adjacent façade from weather-related damage.
Material: TPE
Our seals are made from high-quality TPE (thermoplastic elastomer, 60 ShA). This material combines flexibility with dimensional stability and offers impressive resilience. TPE is weather- and UV-resistant, remains reliably elastic even at fluctuating temperatures, and thus ensures a secure seal over the long term.
Colours and custom colours
Available in the standard colours black, white, brown, grey, beige and transparent, the seals can be discreetly integrated into the appearance of modern windows. From a production quantity of 200 metres, almost any custom RAL colour is also available to meet individual design requirements.
Window sill seal variants
In addition to the standard versions, a double-strand variant is available for selected models. This allows for particularly efficient installation, as two seals can be fitted simultaneously – ideal for larger projects or mass production.
Notes on use
During installation, ensure that the contact surfaces are clean, dry and free from residues. Precise positioning is crucial to ensure rainwater runs off properly and to prevent moisture damage. Regular visual inspections for wear or damage will further extend the service life.
